Code of Ethics

As a Certified Ganjier, student, and / or candidate, I recognize that it is my responsibility to represent Ganjier with the highest level of integrity, dignity, and respect. I hereby agree to abide by the following ethical code:

Relationship with Customers –
In recognition of the trust placed in me, by my customers, I agree to:

  • Maintain a professional and humble attitude in all situations.
  • Offer my services as a Ganjier to all persons regardless of sex, race, color, ancestry, religious creed, national origin, physical disability, mental disability, medical condition, age, marital status, political affiliation, or sexual orientation.
  • Strive to be a trusted and reliable guide for the cannabis consumer.
  • Act with integrity, competence, diligence, respect, and in an ethical manner with the public, customers, prospective customers.

Conduct as Participants in the Ganjier Program – 

  • Members, Students, and Candidates must not engage in any conduct that compromises the reputation or integrity of Ganjier or the Certified Ganjier designation the integrity, validity, or security of the Ganjier Certification program .

Professional Conduct –
In conducting my services as a Ganjier, I will:

  • Offer only those services which I am competent to provide.
  • Not attempt to diagnose a customer’s medical condition, prescribe a treatment, or suggest / approve of going against a physician’s advice.
  • Not knowingly make any misrepresentations relating to the Ganjier program.
  • Not make any statements, orally or in writing, that misrepresent the Ganjier. A misrepresentation is any untrue statement of a fact or any statement that is otherwise false or misleading.
  • Act with integrity, competence, diligence, respect, and in an ethical manner with the public, clients, prospective clients, employers, employees, colleagues in the Ganjier profession, and encourage others to practice in a professional and ethical manner that will reflect credit on themselves and the global cannabis industry.
  • Endeavour to keep up to date with the latest developments and continue to be a curious and avid learner in the ever evolving cannabis industry.
  • Avoid plagiarism of the Ganjier curriculum in the preparation of material or technology for distribution to employers, associates, customers, clients, prospects or the general public without prior explicit authorization from Ganjier. Plagiarism involves copying or using substantially the same materials as those prepared by Green Flower for the Ganjier program.
  • Be honest, straightforward, fair and conscientious in all business dealings.
  • Elevate the standard of excellence throughout the cannabis industry. – 
  • Offer only those services which I am competent to provide.

Reference to Ganjier, the Certified Ganjier Designation, and the Ganjier Program – 

  • When referring to Ganjier, Ganjier or Ganjier Guild membership, the Certified Ganjier Designation, or candidacy in any Ganjier program, Members, Students, and Candidates must not misrepresent or exaggerate the meaning or implications of membership in Ganjier, the Ganjier Guild, holding a Certified Ganjier Designation, or candidacy in the Ganjier program.
